As the capital of West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) Province, Mataram has many tourist destinations that can be visited. As a typical coastal city, Mataram has many beach attractions, such as in Loang Baloq Park, Ivory Coast, and Ampenan Beach in Kota Tua.

1. Tibu Tereng Waterfall

On weekends, Tibu Tereng is always crowded. There is no ticket withdrawal for visitors. However, local residents manage parking locations at a rate of IDR 5,000 per motorbike.
The location in the middle of the forest makes the atmosphere at Tibu Tereng Waterfall so cool. Arriving at the parking lot, you can immediately enjoy the view of the beautiful green trees. Almost no sound, other than the flow of the river and forest insects.
Tibu Tereng itself is a waterfall that is not too high, only about 3 meters from the surface of the natural pool that forms below it. The water is so clear that the bottom of the pool can be seen.
2. Tibu Kelambu Waterfall
Tibu Kelambu Waterfall (instagram.com/obito_ucihaa) Still in the same complex as Tibu Tereng Waterfall, there is also Tibu Kelambu Waterfall. This waterfall can be accessed by following the Tibu Atas River downstream by walking for about 20 minutes.
Not much different, Tibu Kelambu has a natural pool that can be freely used to swim. Uniquely, this waterfall seems to be hidden between two cliffs that flank it. Anyone who wants to see the waterfall must throw themselves into the water.
Tibu Kelambu itself provides an atmosphere that matches its name. There are shady trees like curtains or mosquito nets in the Sasak language, so Tibu Kelambu feels more closed than Tibu Tereng.
3. Princess Twins Kerandangan Waterfall

There is no special parking space available at the entrance to Tibu Ijo Waterfall. Visitors’ vehicles can be deposited at the stalls along the road at a sincere rate.
To get to the location of the waterfall, visitors need to walk through an uphill track for about 45 minutes. Exploring the residents’ plantations to cross the river with a bamboo bridge made by local residents.

5. Tibu Atas Waterfall

To arrive at the waterfall, visitors need to walk about 15 minutes through the rice fields. If you visit when the weather is scorching hot, soaking in the natural pool formed under the Tibu Atas stream will be very tempting.
Before entering, visitors need to pay a ticket for IDR 5,000 per person. Don’t worry about eating or drinking, at Tibu Atas, there are many culinary stalls that offer Lombok specialties, from pelecing kangkung to sate bulayak.
