He is a coach in Europe’s top league which is still active with the longest tenure to date. With Atletico Madrid, Simeone was able to donate 2 UEFA Super Cup trophies, 2 LaLiga trophies and 2 Europa League trophies.
2. Christian Streich (SC Freiburg)
Christian Streich is one of the coaches who is most loyal to his current club, SC Freiburg. Starting his career at the club as FC Freiburg academy coach in 1995, he was successfully appointed assistant manager of SC Freiburg from 2007 to 2011.
On 29 December 2007, Streich was appointed the main coach of SC Freiburg to date. This means that 10 years, 2 months and 11 days have passed with the club. It can be said that Streich is the most loyal coach of all Bundesliga clubs so far.
3. Sean Dyche (Burnley)
Sean Dyche is the Premier League club’s longest-serving coach. He has coached Burnley since October 30, 2012. Dyche is predicted to leave Burnley in 2025.

Jurgen Klopp is one of the most successful coaches Liverpool have ever had. The German coach has won the Champions League, Premier League and Carabao Cup trophies since coaching in October 2015. This means that Klopp has coached Liverpool for 6 years and 5 months.
Not only known for his achievements, Klopp also managed to make brilliant transfers while coaching Liverpool. Some of Klopp’s successful transfer lists at Liverpool are Virgil van Dijk, Sadio Mane, Mohamed Salah, and Alisson.
5. Gian Piero Gasperini (Atalanta)
Not many know that Gian Piero Gasperini is the coach with the longest tenure in Serie A today. The 64-year-old coach has coached Atalanta since June 2016. During his five years coaching Atalanta, he has managed to improve the club’s performance slowly.
Despite not being able to donate a trophy for Atalanta, at least his club managed to get into the Champions League in the 2021/2022 season. Previously, Atalanta rarely played in European competitions, such as the Champions League and Europa League.
6. Pep Guardiola (Manchester City)
Pep Guardiola has been the coach of Manchester City since July 2016. Together with Manchester City, Guardiola won the Premier League trophy, the Carabao Cup, and the FA Cup.
