7 Important Facts Behind Requirements for Antigen and PCR Removed for Domestic Travel, Are You Ready for a Rise?

Suara.com – Health Expert Prof. Tjandra Yoga Aditama highlighted that the easing of domestic travel or domestic travel no longer required negative antigen or PCR results.

Through this new rule, people no longer need to undergo a Covid-19 test when using public transportation such as buses, trains, and planes to travel within the country.

This new rule is in accordance with the Covid-19 Task Force Circular No. 11 of 2022 concerning Provisions for Domestic Travel During the Covid-19 Pandemic, which was signed by the Head of the Covid-19 Task Force Suharyanto on Tuesday, March 8, 2022.

“Domestic Travelers (PPDN) who have received a second dose of vaccination or a third dose of vaccination (booster) are not required to show negative results from the RT-PCR test or rapid antigen test,” wrote the SE 11/2022.

Seeing this rule, Prof. Tjandra asked the government not to be careless and immediately lose control, so that it must pay attention to the following 9 facts:

1. Still at increased risk of cases

The number of daily cases recognized by Prof. Tjandra has consistently sloped. He hopes that this case will also continue to decline, especially until December 2021, with around 100 to 200 cases a day.

“Although on the other hand of course there may still be fluctuations,” said Prof. Tjandra.

2. Hospitals must be ready if there is a spike
