Features in Apex Legends Mobile

There is no cross-play feature between Apex Legends Mobile and the PC or console versions of Apex Legends, because the mobile version will provide a different experience through a variety of controls, content, social features, and game modes adapted for mobile devices.

During the limited release period in participating countries including Indonesia, Respawn will focus on a series of tests, ranging from matchmaking, progression systems, supporting infrastructure, game balance to the operational capabilities of regional teams directly.

In the limited release, gamers can play on the classic World’s Edge map as Bloodhound, Gibraltar, Lifeline, Wraith, Bangalore, Octane, Mirage, Pathfinder, and Caustic (unlocked on Battle Pass tier 25) in game modes such as Team Death Match, Mini Battle Royale , 3v3 Arena to compete in Ranked.

It is important to note that one of the requirements to be able to participate in this limited release of Apex Legends Mobile is that gamers must are over 18 years old.

Just like the PC and console versions, Apex Legends Mobile will have an in-game shop offering purchasable content such as Vaults, Lite Crates, and Apex Packs. In the shop there are also options for crafting, cosmetic equipment in the “For You” tab, a Battle Pass, and a PremiumPLUS Battle Pass that offers extra bonus levels, XP, and rewards. This limited release store is available until May 6, 2022.

Account progress and items unlocked during the limited release period will be reset prior to game launch. However, there are compensations and some items that can be carried from the limited release stage to the global launch, namely:

  • Skin Legends obtained at the end of the Battle Pass
  • Additional 25% in-game currency
  • Limited rewards based on number of matches: Badge (after 2 matches), Weapon Charm (for 5 matches), and Banner Frame (for 10 matches)
  • Items purchased during the limited release period will be converted to in-game currency of equivalent value

To be able to get these benefits, gamers must link the Apex Legends Mobile account within the limited release period so that the data can be transferred when it is officially launched globally.
