A recent study in the UK found that Pfizer’s booster Covid-19 vaccine – BiNTech or moderna was able to restore protection against the omicron variant.

The study, published Wednesday in the New England Journal of Medicine, found that the effectiveness of the Pfizer vaccine against symptomatic disease fell to about 8 percent from about 65 percent six months after the second dose of the primary vaccination series.
