3. Avoid Ulcer Triggers

Whether it’s breaking the fast or the meal at suhoor, make sure you avoid options that can trigger an ulcer. For example, spicy and fatty foods, or carbonated or high-caffeinated drinks. This type of food and drink does taste delicious, but the stomach acid you have will not agree with it.
