Hurts! This Man’s Vital Tool Gets a Flesh-Eating Bacterial Infection Until He Almost Dies – A man has to struggle after experiencing a terrible infection of the penis or genitals due to flesh-eating bacteria.

The man was Colin Graw who had flown to Costa Rica on business. Her sister, Tanja Willis, said she felt helpless at not being able to be there for her as she battled her illness.

Tanja, who lives in Lancashire, said her brother had the misfortune of contracting the ‘flesh-eating’ bacteria. Necrotising fasciitis is a rare but serious bacterial infection that affects the tissue under the skin and surrounding muscles and organs.

Tanja explains how her brother was at the beach one day, but three days later he was in the hospital fighting for his life. Colin went to the hospital after he felt unwell.

“He just got an infection and it really escalated from something minor to him lying on his deathbed”, Tanja told LancashireLive.

The infection was so severe that Colin also developed Fournier’s gangrene. This is a type of necrotizing fasciitis that affects the penis, scrotum or perineum.

Surgeons must remove the infected area through a lengthy process, which means removing infected tissue, until they can see healthy tissue. Colin has left multiple wounds on his body, which are so severe that Tanja says he has a 30 percent change in survival.

“It’s really terrible for him, he’s in excruciating pain, he can’t sit up properly – he only has a 30 per cent chance of survival because it’s a rare bacterial infection and there aren’t many antibiotics that can treat this type of infection. .”

Therefore, doctors have to try different kinds of antibiotics to help fight the disease. But Colin, it’s still not clear because the wound can still get infected. She also has to visit the hospital three times a week to help prevent infection.
