iPad Air 2022 Launches Using the M1 Chipset, How Strong Will It Be?

Uzone.id – There were several new devices on display at last night’s Apple Event, including the much-anticipated iPhone SE 3 and the new iPad Air.

Apple’s first event in 2022 introduces the latest generation of iPad Air with performance that is claimed to be more powerful than the previous generation thanks to the M1 chipset from Apple.

iPad Air 2022 is also equipped with other enhanced features such as front camera with Ultra-wide angle and Center Stage for a more natural video experience, USB-C port, and super-fast 5G support. Not to forget, the iPad Air 2022 comes at an affordable price for Apple consumers.

The performance of the M1 chipset in the iPad Air is claimed to increase device performance, extraordinary power efficiency and battery life throughout the day. With its 8 Core CPU, the performance of the iPad Air is said to be 60 percent faster as well as graphics performance which increases 2x faster than the previous generation.

For the screen, Apple pinned a 10.9-inch Liquid Retina display with a resolution of 1640×2360 pixels, True Tone, brightness up to 500 nits, HDR support and Touch ID support.

Touch ID is installed on the top button of the iPad Air which will make it easier for users. The fingerprint sensor on this tablet is located on the power button.

Its stereo landscape speakers deliver sound for an incredible movie viewing experience.

As for the camera, the iPad Air is equipped with a 12MP Ultra-wide angle front camera with Center Stage features, and a 12MP camera on the back that is capable of taking 4K resolution photos and videos. Not only that, the rear camera can also scan documents, and the AR experience is amazing.

The camera of the iPad Air is claimed to be an end-to-end solution for capturing, editing,share photos and videos.

This iPad also has 5G network support with faster wireless connectivity while traveling. With 5G support, the iPad Air is claimed to be able to reach speeds of 3.5GBps under ideal conditions. Coupled with eSIM and Wi-FI 6 support for greater flexibility.

iPad Air is supported by complementary accessories such as Apple Pencil and Magic Keyboard as well as a USB-C port which is claimed to be 2x faster than the previous generation.

For storage, the iPad Air 2022 comes with 2 options, namely with 8GB RAM and 64GB and 256GB storage. This tablet comes in 5 color variants, namely Space Gray, Starlight, Pink, Purple, and Blue.

iPad Air 2022 will be available for pre-order on Friday, March 11, 2022 for 29 countries and territories via app and website Apple Storeand will be available on March 18, 2022.

For the price, Apple is selling the latest iPad Air with prices starting at USD 599 or Rp. 8.6 million for the Wi-Fi model, and the Wi-Fi + cellular model is priced at USD 749 or Rp. 10.7 million.
