Telset.id, Jakarta – Even though he is no longer in business smartphone, but LG still has a wide variety of devices to offer consumers. The latest, officially introduced laptops called LG Gram 16 and 17 which carry high-end specifications.
LG Gram is a laptop series that was first introduced in 2018. In this latest generation, LG has packed the latest Intel processors and a much more powerful GPU.
No half-hearted, LG has buried a 12th generation Intel Core CPU which is the latest processor developed by Intel.

There are two different versions of the design. The most obvious difference is of course the screen size, for example, the smaller one measuring 16 inches and the larger one measuring 17 inches.
Both laptops come with LCD panels that have a ratio of 16:10 and a resolution of 2,560 x 1,600. This is an IPS LCD with 99 percent coverage of the DCI-P3 gamut and an anti-glare coating.
LG Gram 17 models are equipped with Intel Core i5 (i5-1240P) or Intel Core i7 (i7-1260P). The 16-inch model is only available with the Intel Core i5 processor variant.

Some models rely on the Iris Xe iGPU, while others are equipped up to RTX 2050. Both laptops are also light in weight. For example, the 16-inch variant weighs 1.2 Kg, while the 17-inch variant weighs around 1.4 Kg.
According to LG, there is a 70 percent speed increase with the LG Gram 16 and 17. The laptop is also equipped with PCIe 4.0 x4 SSD storage, which is claimed to be 22 percent faster.
While SSD Capacity is available starting from 256 GB, and both sizes also have additional expansion slots. RAM capacities start from 8 GB to a maximum of 32 GB.
In terms of connectivity, the LG Gram 16 and 17 come with two USB Type C 3.2 Gen 2 ports with Thunderbolt 4 and USB Power Delivery. The laptop is also equipped with HDMI, a 3.5 mm audio jack, and a micro SD reader. For wireless connectivity, there is Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.1.
Pricing and Availability
The new LG Gram 16 and 17 will be available in South Korea starting in April 2020. The LG Gram 16 with Intel Core i5, 16GB RAM and 256GB SSD will start at KRW 2.29 million.
While the LG Gram 17 will be sold with a price tag starting from KRW 2.39 million or around Rp. 28 million. (HR/MF)
