PSSI imposed a fine on PT LIB, after the Persipura vs Madura United match failed to take place. The Federation considers that LIB as the operator does not carry out the regulations properly.

Supposedly, according to regulations, LIB held an emergency meeting after Persipura declared they were unable to compete. However, LIB insisted on continuing the match, which resulted in the absence of Persipura in the match.

“(LIB) does not carry out the 2021/22 Liga 1 regulations. Get a fine of IDR 250 million,” wrote PSSI’s official statement.
