Gadgetren – Previously, realme had brought the realme Narzo 50A to the Indonesian market and now the realme Narzo 50 has officially launched in the Indian market.
This beginner class cellphone is priced at 173 USD or the equivalent of 2.4 million rupiah for 4 GB RAM and 64 GB internal storage and 205 USD or 2.9 million rupiah equivalent for 6 GB RAM and 128 GB internal storage.
There are two color variants to choose from, namely Speed Blue and Speed Black. Judging from the specifications, the realme Narzo 50 is similar to the realme 8i which has been marketed in Indonesia where it uses the MediaTek Helio G96 chipset.
The chipset is combined with LPDDR4X RAM technology and UFS 2.1 internal storage. The battery has a capacity of 5,000mAh which is equipped with a 33W fast charging feature via USB type C. For the interface it uses realme UI 2.0 based on Android 11.
The screen is full of charm with a size of 6.6 inches which has a Full HD + resolution and supports a refresh rate of 120Hz and a touch sampling rate of 180Hz. The realme Narzo 50 screen is also supported by Adaptive Sync 6 refresh rate levels which include 30Hz, 48Hz, 50Hz, 60Hz, 90Hz, and 120Hz.
In addition, the screen also carries a punch hole design which is located on the left as the front camera housing with a resolution of 16 MP with an aperture of f / 2.05.
Turning to the rear body, there is a triple rear camera configuration in the form of a 50 MP main lens with an f/1.8 aperture, a 2 MP macro lens with an f/2.4 aperture that can capture objects up to 4cm away, and a 2 MP B&W or monochrome lens with an f/2.4 aperture.
The rear camera of the realme Narzo 50 is capable of recording videos with 1080p resolution at 30fps and is equipped with video features such as Slow Motion, Timelapse, Dual-view, and Film. While the main lens provides photography features such as Steady Video, Night Mode, Panoramic view, Expert, Portrait Mode, HDR, Ultra macro, AI Scene Recognition, AI Beauty, Filters, and Chroma Boost.
Other supporting features have been provided starting from WiFi, Bluetooth 5.1, 4G, GPS, microSD slot, two SIMs, speakers, microphone, 3.5mm audio jack, fingerprint scanner located on the right side of the body as well as the power button, and volume buttons located on the left side of the body.
