Well, for women, exercise that is done regularly, can launch hormone regulation.

“Women have monthly cycles and the benefit of regular exercise is to regulate hormones, especially estrogen. The hormone estrogen plays a role in the onset of PMS symptoms,” he explained.

He emphasized that beneficial exercise needs to be done regularly and correctly. Doing it regularly is often a challenge in itself for reasons of busyness to laziness.

Doctor Sophia shares two tips to be able to exercise regularly. First, by joining a suitable sports community.

“If there is a community that both exercise, then finally they have a partner. The motivation is not only from oneself, but also from someone who reminds them to do sports,” he said.

The second tip is to make a special schedule for exercise. He reminded that it is enough to set aside at least 30 minutes a day to exercise.

“For example, if we already know regularly, for example every morning at 5 or every afternoon we exercise. So if there is a routine schedule that is carried out, then the reason for skipping is lower,” he concluded.
