  • 200 grams of enoki mushrooms and
  • 5 squid.

Seasoning ingredient:

  • 2 cloves of garlic,
  • 1 clove of red onion,
  • 2 curly red chilies,
  • 2 bay leaves,
  • 3 pieces of lime leaves, and
  • 1 piece of ginger.

Red seasoning ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce,
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce,
  • 1 tbsp sweet soy sauce,
  • 2 tbsp chili powder,

  • salt to taste,

2. Wash the enoki mushrooms and squid first

Before processing, make sure all the ingredients are prepared. You must wash the enoki mushrooms first. Wash the mushrooms under running water until they are completely clean without crushing them. Then, drain the enoki mushrooms to dry.
